Notice and apology for delivery delays due to the National Day holiday

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Gaacal.

We have an important announcement for our customers. Every year, during the China National Day holiday, production and shipping schedules are affected due to the suspension of air cargo flights and the closure of import and export customs clearance. This year is no exception, and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

[Local factory closure period due to National Day]

October 1, 2024 (Tuesday) - October 7, 2024 (Monday)

For some products ordered during the above period, delivery may be delayed due to the closure of local factories. We will resume shipping from Tuesday, October 8th, but depending on the type of product and the delivery congestion situation, it may take more time.

For customers who have made purchases now, due to delays to some items, normal deliveries are expected to resume around mid-October.

We will be accepting orders as usual during the National Day holiday period, however please understand that it may take some time for your products to be delivered.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers. All of our staff will do our utmost to deliver your products as soon as possible, and we look forward to your continued patronage.
