◆About cancellations

▼If you have already made a purchase and paid, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. This is because we need to secure stock and prepare for shipping.
▼If you wish to cancel your purchase after not paying, please cancel the payment. Your order will be automatically cancelled in a few days.
▼Obviously, cancellations are not possible after shipment. If you refuse to receive the item and are forced to cancel and return it, we will not be able to resend the item, cancel the order, or refund you the item. This is because the shipping fee has already been incurred.
▼The system does not allow you to extend the payment deadline. If your order is automatically canceled, you will need to place a new order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.

We will accept returns and exchanges for the following two items.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is defective, please contact us within 3 days after checking the product.
For products that are in stock, we will process the exchange.
For items that are out of stock, we will process a refund.

◆Shipping estimates: For those ordering Apple Watch bands, smartphone cases, miscellaneous goods, etc., it will take approximately 2 weeks for shipping after payment has been confirmed.

◆About shipping costs

All our deliveries are made via Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post.
The shipping method will be selected according to the size of the product and the delivery address.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or other issues that occur during delivery.

Domestic shipping is free for orders over 2,000 yen.
Nationwide shipping fee is 500 yen (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)
