âAbout cancellations
âŒIf you have already made a purchase and paid, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. This is because we need to secure stock and prepare for shipping.
âŒIf you wish to cancel your purchase after not paying, please cancel the payment. Your order will be automatically cancelled in a few days.
âŒObviously, cancellations are not possible after shipment. If you refuse to receive the item and are forced to cancel and return it, we will not be able to resend the item, cancel the order, or refund you the item. This is because the shipping fee has already been incurred.
âŒThe system does not allow you to extend the payment deadline. If your order is automatically canceled, you will need to place a new order.
âAbout returns and exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges for the following two items.

All our deliveries are made via Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post.
The shipping method will be selected based on the size of the product and the delivery address.

Domestic shipping is free for orders over 2,500 yen.
Nationwide shipping fee is 500 yen (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)
