[GAACAL Working Women] The contents of part-time women's bags revealed!

I'm a little curious about what's in the bag of the person next to me.

Today we have Kanae, a part-time working girl.
Introducing "What's in my bag?"

Kanae is studying and sharing coaching while working part-time. We asked her about her reasons for working part-time and about her work, so if you are unsure about how you should work, be sure to check it out!

-Please tell us about your work bag.

"I don't use a bag at work, so I don't have any particular preferences, but I like bags that have a wide opening so that it's easy to put things in and take them out, and ones with pockets for keys and other small items."

-What do you carry in your work bag?

"A wallet, smartphone, notepad, pen, lip balm, contact lens solution, hand towel, tissues, and an eco bag. GAAAL's products are a pen case, notebook, smartphone shoulder bag, and Mac case."

-Please tell us about your job.

"I work as a receptionist for a shipping company. My main job is to deal with customers who come to the store to receive or send packages, and I also do data entry and manage remaining packages. My two must-have items are a ballpoint pen and memo paper. "

-Why did you choose your current working style?

"I was originally a full-time housewife, but after my divorce I started looking for work. I had three small children and was worried about money, but I didn't want them to feel lonely after becoming a single parent. I also wanted to cherish the time I could spend with my children, such as participating in their school events, spending time with them, and letting them do what they wanted, so I chose a part-time shift job that allowed me to adjust my days off easily."

-I hear you're also studying coaching .

"I've been thinking more about my future, so I've been learning coaching in my spare time. I hit rock bottom before my divorce, and the trauma from that experience has left me trapped in the past, distrusting people, rejecting myself, and losing confidence in anything.

Since I started learning about how the brain works through coaching, the things that had previously worried me are no longer such worries, I have a lot of hope for the future, and my days have become more fulfilling.

I study and practice every day so that I can become someone who can give a push to those who, like me, have suffered from the past and cannot move forward, and lead them towards happiness. I also use a computer to create posts for SNS.

-What do you value in your work?

"Of course, I need to do my job well, but what's most important to me is enriching the hearts of my customers and coworkers!

If you work with the desire to make the people around you happy, you will not be caught up in what is happening in front of you, but will be able to see things from a higher perspective, which will allow you to gain various realizations, enrich your own heart, and naturally be able to treat people with kindness and a smile.

-When do you have fun at work?

"I try to determine what the person in front of me needs and respond to them carefully, and when my feelings are conveyed and a customer says to me, 'Thank you as always' or 'You're a great help,' or when a coworker says, 'It's really helpful to have you here,' I feel very happy because I realize I am providing something more than just work."

-On the other hand, when do you feel it is difficult?

"The work is very complicated, there are many irregular cases, and it's hard to remember the work because it keeps changing. Also, there are a lot of heavy items, so I have to be careful not to strain my back."

-Is there anything you pay particular attention to while working?

"Although there is a roof, it is mostly outdoors, so the heat and cold are brutal! I make sure to stay hydrated and take proper precautions against the cold."
